NY Courts put the smack down on Blue Ivy Clothing line

Since the birth of Blue Ivy Carter the world has gone out-of-the-way to make money off the infant, from assigning photo hogs to capture her picture, to other celebs moms giving unneeded advice to the new mom (Syleena Johnson giving Beyonce advice on how to lose weight, really?). Blue is a hot commodity so much so the fashion industry is trying to get in on the action. Joseph Mbeh tried to start a clothing line called Blue Ivy Carter, NYC unfortunately for him no one was buying he started it before the Carters and the courts shot down his request. Another bottom feeder is trying to get in on the action saying they were using Blue Ivy Carter IV Glory since 2011 on skin creams. Sigh, read the courts decision here : and tell us what you think in comments and @mediamyxx @akireshenri

Really NY Media?

I know emotions are in high gear for the Super Bowl coming up this Sunday but does it really call for this . Tom Brady thanked the fans of the Patriots before heading off to Indianapolis saying this:”We have the greatest fans in America. You guys have proved that year in and year out with your support. I wish I could take all you guys to Indy with us. We’re going down there, and we’re going down there for one reason. We’re going to give it our best and hopefully we have a lot more people at our party next weekend.” The NY press turned that statement into this:

Really are you serious what do you think about the papers creative writing read more about the NY Media here: and tell us what you think in comments and @mediamyxx @akireshenri

Adle keeps going and going and going

Adle will be number 1 again on the Billboard 200 and on the Hot 100 yes her album and single is number one at the same time. Adle just passed Titanic soundtrack with the most number of weeks at number 1 in history soundly landing her number 3 behind Garth Brooks and The Bodyguard soundtrack. 21 also broke a record set by The Beatles and Pink Floyd. On top of that wonderful news about 21 her previous album 19 is still in the top twenty and her single Set Fire to the Rain is her 3rd consecutive number one single from this album. I tip my hat to Adle she is killing everyone with just a powerful voice. I am praying hard she single-handedly  ends the evil Euro pop that has invaded pop music. Simon Cowell pulls the plug on X Factor cast

Simon Cowell did his spring cleaning in winter as he fired the X-factor cast minus LA Reid. Paula Abdul, Nicole Scherzinger, and host Steve Jones all got the boot yesterday and the opinionated Brit cleaned house. While ratings were good for the US version of the show it wasn’t the smash hit the TV giant had hoped for. Scherzinger came under fire this year when cutie pie Rachel wasn’t saved by her and sent home crying so her departure wasn’t a huge surprise but long time friend Abdul was a shocker. We can’t wait to see what Simon has up his sleeve for season 2. Read about the untimely firings here: and tell us what you think in comments or @mediamyxx @akireshenri

Poor Newt

If this past week wasn’t bad enough for the former speaker of the house it just got worse as Sarah Palin stepped in to defend him and endorse him. That is all he needed is Alaska’s former governor defending his ties with Ronald Regan and urging Republican’s to rally behind him. Gingrich was soundly beaten last week in debates against Romney and looks to be losing momentum in his campaign. Read Sarah’s eloquent defense here: and tell us what you think of Gingrich’s new ally.
